Hi everyone, I had received e-mail for being selected. After which I comepleted my KYC on sale.xx-coin.io.
However I have received a e-mail yesterday saying Identity Check failed. The option to upload KYC again is not appearing? What can I do?
I sent a support mail asking what is needed to [email protected] but have yet to hear back from them.
Joining was supposed to be on 3rd, will I be still able to make it?
Re: Identity Check and reply - The team works across different time zones and the Identity Check is done by a third-party so support must also wait for them. I’m certain they will get back to you as soon as they have an answer.
Re: Joining - It’s a rolling process so yes, you should be ok. But it just means your node registration code will be sent to you after the KYC, during one of the 3 times we send out codes each month. And since it’s your first month, you will get a grace period. More information about the grace period will be sent to you when you receive the node registration code.

I have received an e-mail saying the following:
We were unable to clear you from the background check portion of KYC.
What does this mean?
I had asked
“What is the issue? Do I need to resubmit documents?”
However they are not clear on what comes next?
I have already bought my server 
How can I participate?
I’m an Indian Passport holder, is India being barred?
