Deployment of node can be done in public cloud account is allowed by the community.
The planned node will be a purpose-built passive cooled ryzen7 (65W), nvme pci 4, nvidia gpu, mini itx,… for home deployment.
Required network speed can be upgraded.
Job and hobby created my experience with hardware and enterprise architecture deployments.

Motivation is the idea of decentralization --> spectrum: p2p and fair(!) distribution of risk and reward.
Without privacy - there is no quality of life / ease of mind or the possibility to disregard corrupt rules.
Quantum computing would pull any progress that decentralization and the idea of democracy can achieve into the hands of an elite - which obviously does not work out well for the other 99%.

Agreed.

I trust those who bought XX coins!

Thank you all - please let me know what further information would be helpful.
I’d also be interested in experiences from the community about cloud deployments.
I have taught myself GOlang only a little while ago, so it will be a while until I can contribute code. However, I do work primarily with containers, k8s, etc. - so I would try out containerizing the software and contribute this way for a start.
