It seems to me that today most modern providers can offer a speed of several hundred Mb / s. Speed is unlikely to be a problem for someone

That’s true for many developed western countries but not for all the world. I know quite a few developed countries where the average upload speed at home is less than 50Mbps. And since the operator is planning to host the node at home she should provide the internet bandwidth as well. It’s a field in the application anyway.

I agree that it is possible that not everywhere on the planet there is a good high-speed Internet. You are, of course, right that we all need to provide specific technical data on the speed of the Internet connection.
