CJK text input just sends keystrokes to chat, it doesn’t convert them
To better explain: this is how it should work - you enter stuff on the keyboard and get prompted to pick what you want to convert that input to (5 choices in the first row). Instead, on iOS with on-screen keyboard XXM seems to take the first choice for you and you get no chance to decide
