When viewing / scrolling messages, falls to the beginning

I want to see previously typed messages, at some point everything breaks to the beginning and I have to scroll again and this repeats.
On the video, there is a slow scrolling and a break at about 8 seconds, then an attempt to quickly scroll and also a break to the beginning.
