| Why do you want to be a node? | The Cmix tech being deployed Into a messenger and potentially into other dapps along with the ability to actually invest money and work I to these things is the main reasons I would like to be a node operator. All of these ideas surround privacy and freedom which are things I'm very passionate about. |

| What specifically, interests you about the xx network platform? | Oh my gosh. To sum it up in short I would say the idea that there is a technology here that is actually groundbreaking... Namely, Cmix protocol being implemented, with high speeds using precomp, along with blockchain technology. There are many implications regarding our ability to be more free with these technologies. |

| What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit? | Dectralized is an network that cannot be located or cornered in one particular place as a point of attack. Distributed is having multiple nodes across various geographic locations to secure a network from localized outages or other problems that would normallly bring down a localized network. Where do I sit? Technically my life is much to centralized! Crypto currencies and dapps like elixxer should be great additions in helping remedy this problem though! |
| As best as you can given currently available information, please describe the value proposition of the xx network platform and how it differs from other current blockchain solutions. | Xx.network is one of relatively few projects to have a truly new and incredibly disrupting technology. I'm betting that cmix being implemented across various apps including, of course, elixxer will be a game changer in the communications space. |

| In your opinion, what threat, if any, do quantum computers pose toward decentralized systems? What about centralized systems? | I'm not particularly well versed with quantum computer technology but from what I have heard it is threating to most security systems we currently use in the IT world |
Although Canada has a lot of node operators, I like your application.Especially that your family member is a node operator already.
