| What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit? | In a decentralized network, all calculations and workloads are distributed among a fairly large number of nodes or computers. In such a system, no one relies on a single central computer. In fact, each node is central because it makes its own decisions and communicates independently with others on the network. Decentralized networks have increased flexibility, scalability, faster performance, enhanced privacy. |

All processes on the network are randomized as much as possible, even the set of validators. A sample voting process is built into the network to ensure fairness and transparency, and to prevent unscrupulous users from entering the system. The xx platform has innovative solutions for privacy, performance, anonymity, and security issues. |
