Why do you want to be a node? I've been investing a lot in various projects both financially and due to my knowledge and experience. I got acquainted with the website and xx network interested me a lot. The project offers revolutionary solutions in messaging, payment and dapss. Unfortunately I missed the token sale of the project, so I can only support it by operating a node.

  • Discord
  • BetaNet Forum
Are you an active member of those communities? No
What specifically, interests you about the xx network platform? The great potential of xx messenger. I think that is absolutely incredible. We have all been waiting for a very long time to be able to safely and anonymously transmit information plus make payments.

Would you be interested in helping to lead the development of the next xx network community? Yes
Why do you want to run a node in the xx network
    • To protect the privacy of political speech
    • To protect private personal communication around health and lifestyle issues from mass surveillance and abuse by centralized organizations
    • To promote quantum secure distributed systems
    • To earn xx coins
    • To help build David Chaum's vision of a decentralized world
    • To contribute to a promising project
    • To undo the centralization of the internet by big tech companies
    • To help build true digital cash to fuel a decentralized economy
    • To reverse the political centralization of legal, police, and military organizations which favor the wealthy and powerful
What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit? A decentralized network belongs only to its users and validators. I have not yet encountered decentralized networks owned by any organization or company. A distributed network can have many nodes, which will have different geographic locations. This makes it more productive.
As best as you can given currently available information, please describe the value proposition of the xx network platform and how it differs from other current blockchain solutions. xx network is the first platform and blockchain that has found a solution for data/metadata leakage during data exchange.
Privacy by Default is a goal of the xx network Platform. In your opinion, why is Privacy by Default critical for the future of the internet? For me personally, a synonym for privacy is the word freedom. That is, no privacy = no freedom. I think it's much easier to understand the importance of privacy
In your opinion, what threat, if any, do quantum computers pose toward decentralized systems? What about centralized systems? I haven't really delved into that question yet. The knowledge I have allows me to say that a quantum computer will be the most powerful computing machine in the world. And of course there are some risks associated with this. It can calculate algorithms, passwords and encryption keys in seconds. That's the danger it poses.
