Please clarify the minimum uptime requirement
If you could increase the bandwidth (a lot) to meet the minimum specs and give more details about the server specs then I could support this. Until then though, I can’t.
@Steve After your comment I noted that the upload is specified as 250 Kbps… I am sure that must be a typo as the person has experience running a node for EOS and the application is quite technically sound. But the upload and download are not acceptable at all

Unfortunately, 250 KB/s (=2 Mpbs) is 50x slower than the minimum requirement. Unless the applicant can upgrade their internet, it’s a no from me.

As mentioned by others, you don’t seem to meet the minimum hardware requirements. Please check them carefully (bandwidth, GPU, etc.) and post a reply indicating if you’ll be able to meet them or not.
