Data operators should respect persons rights and freedom. It is related to person confidentiality and freedom.
Quantum computers can break our established crypto algorithms. To defeat centralized system hacker should invade the main server, but to defeat decentralized system hacker should defeat the major part of network nodes. Decentralized systems are more robust for any type of threats.
