What is the maximum download bandwidth in megabits per second your node can provide? 300
What is a reasonable uptime estimate you can provide for your BetaNet node? 66
Please estimate the cost of electricity in the geographic area where your BetaNet node will be running. 15.59 cent/kwh

In what type of environment would this server be located? Personal Home
If your server is located in your personal home, please specify the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Comcast
If your server is located in a Datacenter, please specify the name of the company hosting it. Nodes will not be allowed to run on Hetzner. If you do, you will not receive compensation. N/A

    Do you already own sufficient hardware to meet the published xx network BetaNet Node specifications (found here)? AMD Ryzen 7 3700X16; 16GB RAM DDR4; GTX 1080TI; HD EX 950 M.2 1 TB SSD HD;
Do you have hardware you would like to use but does not meet the stated BetaNet node specs? If so, please provide specs on that hardware below:
Why do you want to be a node? Provide value to a project I am interested in while receiving compensation for running a node. I believe that true anonymity is lacking in the real world and this project is going in the right direction.
How did you originally hear about the xx network? Word of Mouth
Which current xx network communities are you a member of?
    • Twitter
Are you an active member of those communities? No
What specifically, interests you about the xx network platform? Anonymity is a key issue and the missing component in the coming of blockchain
Outside of xx network communities, are you an active participant in other node or developer community groups? If so, which ones? N/A
Have you ever attended a blockchain conference? If so, which one(s)? N/A
Do you have past experience managing communities or creating content to be distributed across social media? Please enter details for all with which you are comfortable or have experience:
    • Instructional video content: Yes; providing instructional videos under sponsorship that were shared with the general public was one of my prior job requirements in my past occupation
    • Livestream/broadcast video content: Yes; I used to be a full time broadcaster
As part of growing the xx network community, are you willing to create content as part of operating an xx network BetaNet node? Examples would be node setup & on-boarding review vlog post, bi-weekly twitter update, medium review of on-going node operational process, etc. If I was able to value add to the network via media content creation this would make sense and I am open to it, but a disclaimer that I likely do not have any redeeming qualities that other contributors might have
Would you be interested in helping to lead the development of the next xx network community? Yes
Why do you want to run a node in the xx network
    • To protect the privacy of political speech
    • To protect private personal communication around health and lifestyle issues from mass surveillance and abuse by centralized organizations
    • To promote quantum secure distributed systems
    • To earn xx coins
    • To help build David Chaum's vision of a decentralized world
    • To contribute to a promising project
    • To undo the centralization of the internet by big tech companies
    • To help build true digital cash to fuel a decentralized economy
    • To reverse the political centralization of legal, police, and military organizations which favor the wealthy and powerful
    • Other (please specify): If there is a chance to decentralize any aspect of the current world, then the people of the free world should embrace it.
What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit? Decentralized networks do not have a single point of control. The participants are independent. Distribution network can be centralized; I lean towards decentralized network.
As best as you can given currently available information, please describe the value proposition of the xx network platform and how it differs from other current blockchain solutions. In a world where everyone has already consigned to having their personal information and habits stalked and sold, it would be great if in our future, we could take back our anonymity and function as a society without being treated as products.
Privacy by Default is a goal of the xx network Platform. In your opinion, why is Privacy by Default critical for the future of the internet? Privacy by default is critical for the internet and our future of our civilization. If we turned back time, I do not think our predecessors imagined that the world would normalize having our every action tracked and listened in on with the ultimate purpose of selling us products. Capitalism to this extent has plagued our world and has decreased the creative output of our generation. By incorporating a blanket of anonymity, we can begin to hamper corporations' ability to treat us as products, and perhaps the youth of our generation can use their minds to focus on developing more innovative products and actual value added tools to advance our quality of life, rather than increasing shareholder value.
In your opinion, what threat, if any, do quantum computers pose toward decentralized systems? What about centralized systems? Quantum computing pose a real threat to both decentralized and centralized systems as the theoretical processing power will allow it to break the current standard public key encryption.

doesnt look bad but if i am not sure about graphic card (if think there was a discussion on dc) and bandwidth

Generally a good application, you have my support if you address a number of things:

    1. you will need 100 Mbps upload bandwidth, 50 Mbps is not enough

    2. the GTX 1080TI is not adequate and will need to get one of the supported GPUs:
      [RTX 2070, RTX 2080, RTX 2080ti, RTX 2070 Super, RTX 2080 Super, RTX 3060ti, RTX 3070, RTX 3080, RTX 3090]

    3. 66% of uptime is not good enough, the latest requirement is 80% and this will only increase as we approach mainnet

    :+1:

    Agree with above comments.

I also agree with the comments above. You are not meeting the min specifications at the moment.
