Can you provide some answers on the last questions? Sweet geo location btw
Like the location. However, why a datacenter and pls answer more questions.
Geo is good but would like to see a response to the above questions.
Hi, here is the response to the questions aboved:
1- What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit?
A decentralized network gives everyone the right to vote, and people have the same voting rights.
On a decentralized network, people have more privacy rights, and data ownership is owned by themselves. Data on a centralized network is held and controlled by the centralized institution.
On a decentralized network, nodes operate independently and the centralized network is started and maintained by an institution and organization. Decentralized networks are more stable.
I prefer decentralized networks
2- As best as you can given currently available information, please describe the value proposition of the xx network platform and how it differs from other current blockchain solutions.
The xx network is a quantum-resistant blockchain.
The xx network achieves privacy protection of users’ metadata for the first time.
The xx network constructs a high-performance and highly secure privacy network and implements value transfer, smart contracts, MPC, etc. on top of it, which is the infrastructure of the future decentralized society.
xx-messager is already available.
3- Privacy by Default is a goal of the xx network Platform. In your opinion, why is Privacy by Default critical for the future of the internet?
Addressing privacy protection on the underlying network is more efficient and secure than addressing privacy protection at the application layer.
The existing major networks are controlled by large companies, and it is almost impossible to make them give up their economic interests and protect users’ data privacy by self-regulation.
Privacy should be owned and controlled by everyone, and this requirement is contradictory to the current structure of centralized networks, which can only be achieved on decentralized networks, and xx network aims to do exactly that.
4- In your opinion, what threat, if any, do quantum computers pose toward decentralized systems? What about centralized systems?
Decentralized systems are built on pubKey-priKey cryptosystems, and quantum computers will easily break both public and private key systems, all likely destroying most of the current blockchains such as Bitcoin.
We don’t know when the quantum computer will arrive, but it will certainly arrive, so one needs to be prepared for that day by finding a decentralized system that can protect their digital assets from quantum computer attacks.
Centralized systems will not have much impact on quantum computers because they do not all use public-private key crypto-systems, or centralized systems have more centralized solutions for resisting quantum computers.
We are going to deploy the node in the office instead of datacenter after mainnet lauch.
