We’ve got at least a few nodes from Turkey that have been with us for a while.
Visit the Node Dashboard
Sort the list of nodes by Bin and scroll to all the nodes in Middle East. Check the ISP of the nodes in Turkey. See which ISP they’re using. You might be able to find an ISP with better service.
There’s also a Turkish language channel in the xx network Discord channel and someone in there might be able to offer suggestions.

IMHO Turkey needs these kind of projects so good luck with the application process.
