No. The most important hardware component is the graphics card. You don’t specify what card you’d use, and if you are running in a datacenter, most likely it won’t even have a graphics card. Also, you didn’t answer any questions at the end.
I don’t see they offer GPUs but I could be mistaken. So be aware, you’re going to need to rent something with a quite powerful CPU. If you’re not using a GPU, the next update might require a CPU with 48-64 threads or more.
If this is the CPU in the server you plan to rent, it won’t work out well for you.
