Sorry for the silence, I have been busy and didn’t find my node. Thanks for the comments and questions.
I have a friend who introduced me to the project and is willing to give me space and hardware to run a node in his rack at a datacenter in Salt Lake City. He’ll be installing it in a few months, until then he’ll run it out of his home. He told me he will provide a Xeon E5-2690 and 2070, which should meet the minimum specs to run a node.
Perhaps someday I can run a node in Cebu, but unfortunately having high-availability and high-bandwidth here is very difficult.
I plan on maintaining the node remotely, as the server has remote administration (IPMI). Ultimately I will be responsible for the maintenance of the node.
