Why would you want to use Samsung 980 PRO SSD 512 GB instead of Samsung 970 PRO SSD 1TB?

The fact is that the 980 model is 2 times faster than the 970.
Read speed 7000 vs 3500 MB / s
Write speed 5000 vs 2300 Mb / s
IOPS (4kb) 1,000,000 vs 500,000
If my application is approved, I will purchase this nvme disk. The 1 TB model went on sale in my city.
