Has my vote.
I say yes.
Strong application and full-time node operator, suggesting technical competence.
What I still wish to see to support this application is the following:
- A clear commitment to upgrade the HW to be in line with required specs, inducing GPU,
- Answers to the last four questions.
I dont think it is a strong application.
It is having bad documentation and in the next question you say it is not the case. 
The gpu is below the required specs.
Friendly reminder: keep your word please and run your node at home.If you are planning to place it in a datacentre without GPU, it won’t work. So think about it.
