Unfinished… all of these apps are by the same group and you can tell by looking at where they are from and the commenters are all the same on each.
Incomplete apps should be disqualified
Exactly, this is probably a group or entity who pplied for 3 nodes at the same time.
3 from russia/ukraine and 3 nodes in Germany. Everything on with the same time stamp.
