The control across a distributed network can still be centrally exercised. In a decentralised network, however, every node is in control of it's own "universe" and decides independently. Would you be able to upgrade the connection speed to meet those in the Revised BetaNet Node Hardware Requirements.
I also assume you’d be sourcing the hardware to meet the specs above too?
I trust those who bought XX coins!
