How can you not know the bandwith in your local datacenter?

Yes, we did not give all answers, we have had to organize ourselves.
The company (group) is: SIRTEC Rue du Manil 28 à 1301 Bièrges (VAT BE0865.894.848).
The data center location is : Rue Haute 51 à 1435 Corbais
We have fiber optics with Gigabits interface, and 250full internet access for all our services. We can throttle to 100full for specific servers.
The hardware we want to use for node and gateway is as such:

gw: dell server pizzabox filling the requirements. We can manage to set up 2x in redondance mode for better availability.
