| In your opinion, what threat, if any, do quantum computers pose toward decentralized systems? What about centralized systems? | Quantum computing is still far, however breaking of encryption seems to be the first and foremost issue which comes to mind when I think of quantum computing. Centralised systems can be easily modified at will by the cetralised authority so no real threat is faced by them from quantum computing, in my opinion. :) |

Applicant, i would like to vote for you because of your location, but a 1070 does not meet the minimum requirement. Are you willing to upgrade to a RTX 2070?
