In Poland I have been managing construction of own datacenter however security and IT works was provided by 3rd companies. In the past I have set up few hobby nodes for some fun projects like BTC node on raspbery pi etc. |

| What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit? | At the moment I am working for distributed network that is centralized.. I do not like this idea. I believe in decentralization via some voting/reputation methods. However at the begining the project can start with authorised(centralized) nodes and than transform to truly decentralized nodes as community is educated how to nominate new ones. I do not like PoW which enforced distributed networks to be centralized I have been there and seen it. I have been taking part in 10 EH deployment which is China and Kazachstan based. |

| Privacy by Default is a goal of the xx network Platform. In your opinion, why is Privacy by Default critical for the future of the internet? | We all know cambridge analitics, wechat .. we lose the control of our privacy. I want to be able to fight back |
| In your opinion, what threat, if any, do quantum computers pose toward decentralized systems? What about centralized systems? | It is about ECDS algo. If quantum computers can move from public key via ecds to private than all the security is broken. Crypto as they are now would fall as our acounts would be accessed by 3rd parties. Centralized systems allow some other means of security to be connected apart from ecds transformation. I lack the knowledge about quantum resistant algorithms but i have learned about some pioners (In my home univesrity back in 70's) about quantum algorithms with out existing quantum computers. Qubic states are very interesting. At the same time I know that google has huge department working on that. I would love to be a part of the IT tech that is at the front of changes. |
