What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit? Distributed is where the work can be spread around but the decisions are usually made by some central authority. Decentralized is where each node makes its own decisions and the larger system responds as a whole to the collective decisions of all the nodes. I am definitely on the decentralized side of thought. We need decentralized systems to maintain freedom of thought and individuality.
As best as you can given currently available information, please describe the value proposition of the Elixxir platform and how it differs from other current blockchain solutions. Elixxir is the next generation of messaging and payments that further closes the trust gap left open from prior systems that will also allow for true privacy and protection of a user's data, including from the future threat of quantum computing solving Shor's algorithm.
Privacy by Default is a goal of the Elixxir Platform. In your opinion, why is Privacy by Default critical for the future of the internet? We need true privacy to protect our freedom of thought and individuality. We need it to not only be free but to feel free. If you don't feel free, you can't really be yourself.
