Entered startups in Seoul and San Francisco 2014-2017, jumped back into blockchain during second boom. Joined venture backed crypto startup in Korea in late 2018. One of only handful of American startup entrepreneurs working in blockchain in Korea with on the ground knowledge of the scene's players, opportunities, and pitfalls.

What kind of improvements would you like to see in Elixxir nodes vs. previous the previous nodes you have supported? We would like to see improvements in Deployment / Node upgrades process.
What are potential setbacks preventing you from operating an Elixxir node? We are obviously concerned if the operating costs exceeds the token reward value. With that said, we are able to continue through the short term fluctuations.

Yes (please specify) We have extensive experience deploying servers for enterprise, mobile, and blockchain projects. In particular, with our experience working with protocols like Orbs, Sovrin, Worbli, and our own protocol R&D project. Strong familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google, Docker, etc.
Why do you want to be a node? With our experience in EOSYS, the most recognized EOS community in South Korea, we understand the interplay between community, developers, and infrastructure participants. We believe in Elixxir's potential, and therefore, would like to leverage past success into future growth opportunities.

What specifically, interests you about the Elixxir platform? During our development work with POLARIS, an EOS-based protocol, we envisioned a mobile messenger application with end-to-end privacy. When we learned about David Chaum's vision for Elixxir, we realized that his approach to privacy for both communication and payments was exactly what was missing from our model. We fell in love and now fully support the project's principles and technical strengths.
Outside of Elixxir communities, are you an active participant in other node or developer community groups? If so, which ones? Yes, we are involved in EOSYS, Sovrin and other protocols' communities and actively participate in governance as a South Korean representative.

As part of growing the Elixxir community, are you willing to create content as part of operating an Elixxir BetaNet node? Examples would be node setup & on-boarding review vlog post, bi-weekly twitter update, medium review of on-going node operational process, etc. Yes (how much content on a monthly basis?)
If yes, how much content on a monthly basis? With our connections to influencers and marketers in Korea, an unlimited amount can be created and deployed, all dependent on budget allocation.
What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit?
As best as you can given currently available information, please describe the value proposition of the Elixxir platform and how it differs from other current blockchain solutions.
Privacy by Default is a goal of the Elixxir Platform. In your opinion, why is Privacy by Default critical for the future of the internet?
