Why do you want to be a node? To test the elixxir technology and if it is viable start developing solutions on it.

What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit? The main difference is the level of nodes interconnection, resource and power distribution and the influence to the network as a whole system. Distributed networks reduces single nodes influence to assure the stability and system viability.
As best as you can given currently available information, please describe the value proposition of the Elixxir platform and how it differs from other current blockchain solutions. Speed and privacy are the features where elixxir shines.
Privacy by Default is a goal of the Elixxir Platform. In your opinion, why is Privacy by Default critical for the future of the internet? Data could be employed to depower or to exploit data subject (the source of data). Be it citizen and his/her life and rights be it business and it's intellectual property or human capital any smart third party could use data against the data subject. Data subject must have right to control who can responsibly use his/her data and get the right/fair reward for his/her data usage.
