Today’s update was rolled back temporarily, then fixed. We had updated the management script and changed the hashing format to deploy updates. This made it incompatible with the existing wrapper scripts. As a result, updates to the server and gateway were not successful. The older binaries were not compatible with the latest permissioning binary, which stopped the network.
As a result, we’re modifying our processes to manually verify the version numbers after each update using our cMix node in addition to verifying the command was sent successfully. Current versions are still:
server - 2.6.0
gateway - 2.11.0
